Riccardo Joseph

President

Driven by a passion to create transformative change, I love seeing people grow in the varying dimensions of their life. I understand that God grants me amazing talents so that I can better serve His people. I am well versed in the world of Business & Analytics. I’m currently the Director of Business Intelligence at EHG. I hold 4 licenses: Real Estate, Community Association Management, Life & Health Insurance. To balance my drive for the rationale, I launched Ricky’s Wall: an Online Art Gallery promoting upcoming artists. This allows me to be creative and through this initiative, I developed a passion for creating websites, logos, flyers, Business cards and marketing concepts. I’m a member of the Men’s Ministry at Bon Samaritain and the Current President of HAPP.

Renee Porcena

Vice President

I am Renee Porcena: a dedicated financial literacy instructor, agent planner, and the founder of Porcena Life Financial. I also serve as the Director of Training and Development for Every Health Group. My passion is to empower individuals through financial education and securing their financial protection. My commitment to community is evident through my extensive leadership roles at Sinai & Bon Samaritain SDA Church from the 1980s to 2017, where I notably established the first Adventurer Club. Additionally, I am the founder of HAPP and currently hold the office of Vice President for the organization. Best of all, I love Jesus!

Manushka Gracia-Desgage

Vice President

I am Manushka Gracia-Desgage. I have the pleasure of serving as Vice President of HAPP. I attended Bon Samaritain SDA Church in Fort Lauderdale, FL. I hold a Bachelor's degree in English Writing and a Juris Doctor degree. I currently serve as an attorney in Atlanta, GA.

Osterline Duclona

Secretary

I'm Dr. Osterline Duclona, and I currently hold the position of secretary in the HAPP organization. I grew up attending Sinai Seventh Day Adventist Church and was involved in various activities such as choir and Pathfinders. I have a master's in Behavioral Psychology, as well as a doctorate in Developmental Psychology. I have experience working in the mental health field as a case manager. My hobbies are archery and hiking.

Gaina Mortel

Treasurer

My name is Gaina Mortel, a servant leader & catalyst for transformative change who guide others to walk in their spiritual authority. As the founder of "Graced for Dominion," I love empowering young men & women to walk confidently in their God-given identity. I love teaching kids the basic principles of faith, which I've done the past 7 years serving as Children’s Ministry Director at Bon Samaritain SDA. I'm currently the head of compliance for EHG & the chief growth officer for the H4H insurance companies. As treasurer of HAPP, count me in your circle for support.

Paula Vallon Germain

Advisory Board

I am Paula Vallon Germain, a Registered Nurse with a master’s degree in Nursing Science, specializing in Leadership. I bring a deep commitment to patient-centered care and healthcare equity, supported by strong organizational and leadership skills developed through years of clinical and administrative experience. As a longtime member of Bethlehem SDA Church, I have served in various roles since 1990, contributing to community growth and engagement. I am passionate about serving my community and dedicated to advancing the mission of HAPP through compassionate, informed leadership. Outside of work, I enjoy long walks, reading and traveling.

Marlyne Jean-Pierre

Event Organizer

I'm the Event Organizer for HAPP and one of the original founding members of Sinai SDA. As the church community grew and expanded, I later joined Bon Samaritan Church, where I remained actively involved in the youth ministry, choir, and especially cherished singing with my sisters in the group “Divine". I'm a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with over 25 years of experience providing care to both children and adults across a variety of settings. I'm also the CEO & Founder of SLPMarketplace.com, a platform designed to bridge the gap between businesses and qualified speech-language pathologists, making it easier to connect with the right professionals quickly. In my free time, I enjoy reading, spending quality time with my family and find peace anywhere near the ocean.
